1. About AviaGo

AviaGo is a flight-search application. It lets you enter trip details, compare available flight options and continue to a third-party travel provider to complete a booking. AviaGo does not require an account.

2. Information used to provide the service

When you run a search, information such as origin and destination, travel dates, passenger count, cabin class, region and currency preferences is processed to return relevant results.

If you choose to search for nearby airports and grant location permission, your device location may be used for that request. You can deny or revoke location permission in iOS Settings and enter airports manually instead.

3. Technical information

The app and its service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service, such as device and operating-system details, app interactions, request logs, network information and diagnostic data. The exact information available to a provider depends on its technology and your device settings.

4. Travel partners and external websites

Flight-search results are supplied through travel technology providers, including Travelpayouts and its partners. When you select an offer, you may be sent to an airline, online travel agency or another booking provider. That provider controls the booking, payment and any personal information you submit on its website or in its service. Its own privacy policy applies.

5. Advertising and tracking

The current release of AviaGo does not enable advertising SDKs or cross-app advertising tracking. If this changes, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the relevant functionality is released.

6. Data retention and security

Search preferences may be stored on your device to make the app easier to use. Service providers may retain operational records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service reliability according to their own retention policies. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Children

AviaGo is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their country. The app does not knowingly request children’s personal information.

8. Your choices

You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings, remove locally stored app data by deleting the app, and choose not to continue to an external booking provider. For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app, its providers or applicable requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
