Using AviaGo
Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the AviaGo application and website. By using AviaGo, you agree to them.

AviaGo provides tools for searching and comparing flight information. AviaGo is not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller or payment processor. It does not itself enter into a contract of carriage or sell travel products.
2. Search results and prices
Search results are supplied by third-party travel providers. Prices, availability, schedules, baggage rules, fare conditions and other details can change at any time. Always verify the final information and total price on the booking provider’s website before purchasing.
3. Bookings with third parties
When you choose an offer, AviaGo may direct you to an airline, online travel agency or other provider. Your booking and payment are made directly with that provider and are governed by its terms and policies. Questions about payment, changes, cancellations, refunds or travel documents should be addressed to the provider that issued the booking.
4. Acceptable use
You may use AviaGo for personal, lawful flight searches. You must not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, automate excessive requests, misuse search data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use AviaGo in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Availability
We aim to keep AviaGo available and accurate, but the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Search results can be affected by network conditions and third-party systems outside our control.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviaGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every fare or route will be available, that information will always be complete or error-free, or that a third-party provider will complete a booking.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, travel disruption, missed flights, provider actions, price changes or losses arising from a third-party booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to AviaGo or applicable requirements. The revision date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated.
